Sumin Tae oversees legal awareness, policy development, and governance within the organisation, ensuring a structured and responsible approach to community support. Her role emphasizes the importance of governance education, which is essential for fostering an informed community.
She has practical experience in the legal field, having worked in a London-based law firm between 2004 and 2005, where she assisted solicitors in client-facing work, including conducting client interviews, preparing legal documentation, and supporting case-related processes. This experience enriched her legal awareness and understanding of community needs.
Later, she gained valuable insights while working within an Immigration Department, further strengthening her understanding of legal procedures, public practice, and compliance.
Bringing a strong understanding of public sector structures and community-facing systems, she contributes to ethical standards and responsible governance, ensuring that the community receives the support it needs.
