She has practical experience in the legal field, having worked in a London-based law firm between 2004 and 2005, assisting solicitors in client-facing work, including conducting client interviews, preparing legal documentation, and supporting case-related processes.
She later gained experience working within an Immigration Department, strengthening her understanding of legal procedures, public practice, and compliance.
Bringing a strong understanding of public sector structures and community-facing systems, she contributes to ethical standards and responsible governance.

태수민은 조직 내 법률 인식, 정책 개발 및 거버넌스를 총괄하며, 커뮤니티 지원에 있어 체계적이고 책임 있는 접근을 유지합니다.
그녀는 2004년부터 2005년까지 런던 소재 법률 사무소에서 근무하며 고객 상담, 법률 문서 작성, 사건 관련 업무 지원 등 변호사 업무를 보조한 실무 경험을 보유하고 있습니다.
이후 이민 관련 부서에서 근무하며 법적 절차, 공공 실무 및 준법에 대한 이해를 더욱 강화하였습니다.
또한 공공 부문 구조와 커뮤니티 기반 시스템에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 윤리적 기준과 책임 있는 거버넌스를 지원합니다.
