Elior Lee
Head of Department
Elior Lee is an International Business graduate from Middlesex University in London (2024). From 2025, he is engaged in the review and assessment of benefits claims within public service operations, contributing to the effective delivery and integrity of support systems, particularly in employment support.
At the Korean Diaspora Association (KDA-UK), Elior leads the Employment & Skills Support Department, focusing on providing practical guidance to the Korean community, supporting its members, and facilitating access to opportunities for personal and professional skills development.
With experience gained from traveling to over 30 countries, Elior brings a strong global perspective and cross-cultural understanding to his work. His international experience enables him to engage effectively with diverse communities and respond to their needs with awareness and sensitivity.
He is committed to continuous personal and professional development and is currently advancing his Korean language skills through regular study with a tutor based in Korea.

이엘리어 리는 2024년 영국 런던의 Middlesex University 미들섹스대학교에서 국제경영학(International Business)을 전공하고 졸업하였습니다.
2025년부터는 공공서비스 분야에서 복지 지원 신청 심사 및 평가 업무에 참여하며, 특히 고용 지원 분야를 중심으로 지원 제도의 효과적 운영과 공정성 확보에 기여하고 있습니다.
한국 디아스포라 협회(KDA-UK)에서는 고용 및 역량개발 지원부(Employment & Skills Support Department) 부서장으로 활동하며, 한인 사회를 위한 실질적인 정보와 조언을 제공하고, 회원들의 성장과 역량 개발 기회를 지원하는 역할을 맡고 있습니다.
30개국 이상을 여행한 경험을 바탕으로 폭넓은 국제적 시각과 다문화 이해를 갖추고 있으며, 다양한 배경을 가진 사람들과 효과적으로 소통하고 그들의 필요를 이해하는 데 강점을 가지고 있습니다.
또한 지속적인 자기계발과 전문성 향상을 중요하게 여기며, 현재 한국에 거주하는 개인 교사와 함께 정기적으로 한국어를 공부하며 한국어 능력을 향상시키고 있습니다.
