Elior Lee is an International Business graduate from Middlesex University in London (2024). From 2025 he is engaged in the review and assessment of benefits claims within public service operations, contributing to the effective delivery and integrity of support systems.
At the United Korean Diaspora Association (UKDA), Elior leads the Employment & Skills Support Department, focusing on providing practical guidance, supporting community members, and facilitating access to opportunities for personal and professional development.
With experience gained from travelling to over 30 countries, Elior brings a strong global perspective and cross-cultural understanding to his work. His international experience enables him to engage effectively with diverse communities and respond to their needs with awareness and sensitivity.
He is committed to continuous personal and professional development and is currently advancing his Korean language skills through regular study with a tutor based in Korea.

이엘리오르 부서장은 런던 Middlesex University에서 국제경영학을 전공하고 2024년에 졸업하였습니다. 현재 공공 서비스 운영 분야에서 복지 심사 및 평가 업무를 수행하며, 지원 시스템의 효율성과 신뢰성 확보에 기여하고 있습니다.
UKDA(재영 한인 디아스포라 연합)에서 이엘리오르 부서장은 취업 및 역량 지원부를 이끌며, 실질적인 안내 제공, 공동체 구성원 지원, 그리고 개인 및 전문성 개발을 위한 기회 연계에 중점을 두고 있습니다.
30개 이상의 국가를 여행하며 쌓은 경험을 바탕으로 글로벌 시각과 문화적 이해를 갖추고 있으며, 다양한 공동체와의 소통을 통해 그들의 필요를 이해하고 대응하는 역량을 갖추고 있습니다.
또한 지속적인 자기 발전을 중요하게 여기며, 현재 한국에 기반을 둔 튜터와 함께 정기적으로 한국어를 학습하며 언어 능력을 향상시키고 있습니다.
