United Korean Diaspora Association (UKDA) is organised into departments to deliver community programmes clearly, safely, and professionally. Each department is led by a coordinator and supported by volunteers and partners.

The departments listed below represent UKDA’s planned areas of activity and strategic focus.
Leadership, advisory, and delivery roles are in the process of being developed and will be appointed gradually as the organisation grows and community capacity expands.
